PROBLEM: I ADDED SOME PRODUCT TO MY CART AND TRIED TO BUY THEM BUT THE TRANSACTION NEVER WENT THROUGH?
SOLUTION: Edit your shopping cart.
How to edit your shopping cart
Your shopping Cart is usually displayed in the top right corner of the screen when you are in the store where you selected that product. (see example below)
If you have selected items to buy, then the [details] option will change colour - and be clickable (see above).
Click the details link in your shopping cart, and the items in your cart will be displayed. (see sample below)
TO DELETE AN ITEM FROM THE CART
Click in the box under Remove, and then click the Update Cart button
TO ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE CART
Click in the quantity box, change the value to the number of items you want to buy and then click the Update Cart button. If you are happy with the number of items and the items in the cart, and would like to buy additional items from the mall, then click the Continue button and when you are ready to checkout and pay, click the Checkout button.
TO BUY AND PAY FOR ITEMS IN THE CART Click on The checkout button.
PROBLEM: I WISH TO MAKE PAYMENT BY EFT OR BANK DEPOSIT - NOT CREDIT CARD. HOW DO I DO THAT?
SOLUTION: If you have selected the payment by Bank Transfer method, the system will display the bank account details where you need to make payment. If for some reason you exited the page and would like to pay for your items:
