SHIPPING POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS which are sold through this store, include shipping fees, anywhere in South Africa, unless stated. The shipping price is always based on standard shipping and if you need express shipping, you need to contact us for an updated price. Some products will be shipped directly to your address by the supplier. If for any reason, you are required to pay additional duty prior to delivery, please contact us and we will establish if this is correct and we will pay the duty or we will refund you the duty on presentation of the original SARS invoice.

If you are not in South Africa, please contact us via our contact page and request price and shipping confirmation. Most of our products can be shipped to the USA and elsewhere in Africa at the same price as displayed on our site. However, we will contact all customers who purchase items from outside of South Africa, prior to confirming and dispatching the order.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

Most products sold through this store come with a guarantee that the product is described correctly and that the product delivered matches the order. If you receive a product which is not the same as stated, please contact us to arrange the return of the item.

Items are all sold with the guarantee as per the supplier. Electronics usually come with a minimum six month warranty for faulty product or workmanship, but the warranty does not cover accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. If you receive a product and decide you no loner wish to keep the product, you may in most instances return the product to the supplier within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging for a refund, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the original supplier.

Courses sold through this site are studied online and are the same courses as sold through (for more details see http://www.onlinecomputercourses.co.za), although the prices on this site are usually discounted.
